Xijing Men

There is a northern capital (Beijing 北京), an eastern capital (Tokyo 東京) and a southern capital (Nanjing 南京) but no western capital (Xijing 西京). So the Xijing Men (Gimhongsok, Chen Shaoxiong and Ozawa Tsuyoshi) are making one. The project will probably prove to take a long time, but they have begun.
